Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy is simple: complimentary ground shipping on every order. Because we believe you should put your hard-earned cash towards our suits, not our shipping.
Return Policy
Our return policy is just as simple: you can return any off-the-rack product purchased on our site in its unaltered condition within 60 days of shipment of your order, with free return ground shipping. As our off-the-rack suits come semi-finished, we only ask that you try it on before taking it to the tailor so you can return it if necessary before any alterations are made.
We do not accept returns on our custom-ordered products, but we do provide a perfect fit guarantee that will cover any alterations costs in case the fit isn't perfect when you receive your suit.
What is the AlbertMing perfect fit guarantee?

You're also welcome to come by our office in Berkeley - we’d be happy to show you our suits, shirts, and fabrics. Either way, send us a note at info@albertming.com and we can set up a time to get you sized and suited up.
What Happens After I Purchase an Off-the-Rack Suit?
All of our off-the-rack suits have unfinished sleeve and pant lengths, because we wanted to make sure you would have the perfect fit that’s customized to your size. We realize it’s an extra step between you and world domination, but we believe it'll be worth it when you step into that next meeting with the confidence that a well-cut suit brings.
When you head over to your favorite tailor, wear a nice fitting dress shirt and a pair of dress shoes that you’ll want to wear with your suit. This will let you better visualize how you want the suit to look after alterations and help you direct your tailor to make the adjustments you want.
We believe these are the main adjustments you should consider:
1. How much cuff to show? Where you want the suit jacket to end, and how much of your dress shirt cuff you want to show, depends on your proportions and personal tastes; however, we believe that leaving 1/4” to 1/2" is usually a good place to start
2. Where do you want your pants to break? The break is where your pants will fall on your shoes, often creating a crease across the front of the pant leg. A short break (ending just below the top of the shoe) is a modern look that often suits men with below a 33” waist and a more slender silhouette, in particular. On the other hand, a full break (where the pants hit the top of your soles) is a bold look that works especially well for taller men with longer legs to keep their pants from appearing too short. However, there’s nothing wrong with the medium break either – it’s a classic style that breaks between the top of the shoe and the top of the shoe sole that works for almost any occasion.
3. Is the jacket length appropriate? It’s an understated fact that we’ve left enough fabric inside the bottom of our suit jackets to allow for a length adjustment if needed. Again, the length of the jacket should reflect the style you want, and shorter jackets are often considered more modern and more casual. Others prefer their jackets to cover their rear. Personally, we prefer for the jacket to fall between the mid-point and the end of your back-end.
Additionally, you may want to consider whether you want open (functional) button holes on your sleeves, and if you need to bring the jacket sides in further to give you a more fitted look. While our suits are already tailored with a modern, slim-fit cut in mind, some men may think about taking the sides even further. If you’re trying this, ask your tailor to pin up the fabric to take in and then gently move around a bit (twist your torso, stick your arms in front) to see if it feels too tight.
